Want to experience the chair workout? You have choices..................

Combo class--20 min each of mat, chair and reformer

Pilates Circuit class--Intervals of wall unit, barrel, chair, mat and reformer

OR

Chair class--1 hour of just chair, all levels welcome!

Calling all mommies with their little ones OR mommies to be..........................

Prenatal/mom and baby class--If you are pregnant and want to be safe while getting or staying in great shape OR you are post partum and want to bring your little one to exercise your body back to pre pregnancy the safe way, THEN this class is for you.

We will be offering 2 classes/week of all of the above classes. Space is limited, call to reserve your spot. Go to the class schedule page to see the times and days. Please call for more details
