What is Pilates?
Pilates is a compilation of stretching and strengthening
exercises which unites the mind and body, facilitates better
posture and balance, improves and maintains back integrity,
strength and flexibility, and renews mental vigor. Pilates
strengthens from the center of the body to the arms and legs,
keeping abdominals, glutes, hips and back their strongest
and leanest.
