class--If you are pregnant and want to be safe while getting
or staying in great shape OR you are post partum and want
to bring your little one to exercise your body back to pre
pregnancy the safe way, THEN this class is for you.
We will be offering
2 classes/week of all of the above classes. Space is limited,
